  • Consumer’s Rights to 14-Day Return Policy


The return period begins the day after receiving the goods and lasts 14 days. If a return is required, please contact us within 14 days to initiate the process. Returns will not be accepted beyond 14 days.


  • Test Writing of the TIJPEN


Test writing is permitted only with the default installed cartridge, up to a maximum of 100 characters, to allow sufficient evaluation of writing quality. Do not use other accessories or replace the cartridge with a detachable one.


  • Copper Fountain Pens, Wooden Fountain Pens, Leather Fountain Pens


Limited test writing with ink (up to 50 characters) is allowed, provided the pen is cleaned and restored to a resalable condition upon return. Returns may be rejected if testing causes irreparable damage.


  • Return Conditions


  • The 14-day return policy is not a trial period. Beyond the specified testing allowances, all returned items must be in new condition with complete packaging (including goods, accessories, gifts, warranty card, original inner packaging, and all accompanying documents or informative booklet/leaflets in their original state). Do not disassemble the goods or change the refill.

  • The original inner packaging is considered part of the goods; missing or damaged inner packaging may affect your return eligibility. Damage to the original outer packaging (e.g., shipping box) caused by transportation is not attributed to the consumer and will not incur deductions.

RETURN GUIDELINE SPECIFICATION


  • Log in to the official website of TIJPEN and contact us via messaging to request a return.

  • Goods, including accessories, gifts, manuals, original inner packaging, and all accompanying documents or informative booklet/leaflets, must be in new condition. Missing or damaged items (except transportation-related damage) may result in no refund, unless the goods are defective.

  • The deadline for contacting us and returning the goods is 14 days from the day after receipt. If delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disaster), please provide evidence, and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis. Returns not received within 14 days will have the application cancelled, though reapplication may be allowed under reasonable circumstances.

  • For ink, supplies, ink converters, refills, etc., once packaging is opened and the item cannot be restored to new condition, returns will not be accepted unless the goods are defective. Defects include, but are not limited to, functional issues (e.g., leaking ink, inability to write) or manufacturing flaws (e.g., visible scratches or defects).

Overseas Customers Notice (Excluding Taiwan and Hong Kong):


  • For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • For returns due to defective goods, we will cover the return shipping costs; please retain shipping proof for reimbursement.

EXCHANGE GUIDELINE SPECIFICATION


  • Log in to the official website of TIJPEN and contact us via messaging to request an exchange/replacement.

  • For defective goods, we will cover the return and replacement shipping fees. Non-man-made damage within the warranty period will be restored to like-new condition within 7 working days of receipt; if additional time is needed, we will notify you with updates.

  • For pens, ink, supplies, ink converters, refills, etc., once packaging is opened and the item cannot be restored to new condition, exchanges will not be accepted unless the goods are defective.

  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the goods are damaged, scraped, scratched, stained, or the inner packaging is damaged by the consumer, rendering it non-resalable. Resalability is determined by intact appearance, full functionality, and reusable packaging.

REFUND POLICY


Payment Methods:


  • Payment by Credit Card: The balance will be refunded to the original credit card and reflected on the following month’s bill.

  • PayPal Payment: Money will be returned to the original PayPal account.

  • Convenience Store Payment / ATM Transfer: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be issued via cheque and sent by registered mail to the purchaser.

Important Notice for Overseas Customers:


  • Return shipping cost responsibility follows the “Return Guideline Specification.”

  • We will issue a full refund for the goods, excluding duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by local customs authorities.
