Pre-order FAQ

Q1. How many words can be engraved by Laser Engraving? How can I purchase more? What should I pay attention to?

A1. Please add Laser engraving characters to the shopping cart and check out. If you purchase one, you can have 10 Chinese characters or 20 English characters engraved on the side of the pen barrel. Please write the words to be engraved in the order notes. We use Ye calligraphy as the font. >>>Instant Simulation<<<.

Q2. What should I do if I want to purchase 3 pens at a time?

A2. Please select [Pen tube style (Pre-order Plan )] and then [5MM Tubes], check the items you want to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. Repeat the operation three times and check out together.

Q3. In addition to pre-order discounts, are there any site-wide discounts?

A3. If you are our silver, gold or diamond-level member, you can get an additional discount of 1%, 2%, or 3%. If you purchase over NT$5,000, we will give you NT$100 shopping credits for your next use. If you still have shopping credits in your membership account, you can do that. Discount together.

Q4. If I buy too early, will I not be able to get the discount for increasing the price later?

A4. As long as the pre-order amount reaches the standard, orders purchased during the pre-order period will have extra gifts. Please help promote it. The higher the pre-order amount, the more extra discounts you can get.

Q5. Does the TIJPEN ULTRA have the same short barrel as the TIJPEN PRO/+ and the TIJPEN L,M,S? Can they be used interchangeably?

A5. The specifications are basically interoperable, but production batch issues still need to be considered. It may not be possible to install due to dimensional tolerances. Functionally, ULTRA's short pen tube has an anti-slip function, and the joint design between ULTRA's short pen tubes is also different.

Q6. Are the TIJPEN ULTRA, TIJPEN PRO/+, and TIJPEN R EXTREME mechanical pencil sets the same? Can they be used interchangeably?

A6. The mechanical pencil sets of these three pens are the same and can be used interchangeably.

Q7. Are the mechanical pencil sets for TIJPEN ULTRA and TIJPEN L, M, S the same? Can they be used interchangeably?

A7. The TIJPEN ULTRA is different from the TIJPEN L, M, and S mechanical pencil sets and cannot be used interchangeably.

Q8. Is there an appreciation period for pre-orders? If I find it inappropriate in the future and want to return it, can I return it?

A8. There is a 14-day appreciation period for pre-orders. If you want to return the goods, please contact us for a 100% refund. We will ask couriers to collect them in Taiwan. You do not need to bear any logistics costs for the whole process. Outer islands and overseas areas need to send the products first. If you return, you need to bear the return shipping fee.

Q9. Is the lowest price for pre-order?

A9. We guarantee that crowdfunding or first-time pre-orders will be at the lowest price, so you can buy with confidence.

Q10. Will TIJPEN ULTRA be available from stock in the future?

A10. The TIJPEN ULTRA is our most difficult pen to make at present. It has the most parts and requires the highest precision. The eight-segment short pen barrel version is equivalent to disassembling a pen barrel into 9 segments. One pen has 30 titanium alloy CNC elements. It is conceivable that turning and milling parts plus 100% manufacturing costs in Taiwan may still be supplied through pre-orders and cumulative orders in the future to reduce costs.

Q11 Can I choose a limited edition number? Is it okay if I don’t want to engrave it?

A11. The limited number is arranged according to the order order and cannot be selected. If you do not want to engrave it, you can indicate whether to engrave the limited number in the order notes. The limited number will be announced one day after the pre-order ends. You can contact us to modify the note within one week after the announcement.
