RETURN SERVICE
All website purchases upon receipt are entitled to 14 days return policy, if you have any concerns please contact us within 14 days.
CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT
1. Consumer’s rights to 14 days return policy (The day after receiving the goods counts as the first day, if return is required, please contact us within seven days, any returns beyond 14 days will not be accepted.)
2. Test writing of the Titanium Pen is allowed only with the default installed G2 cartridge (to a maximum of 20 characters), however do not use any other accessories or replace the cartridge with a detachable cartridge.
3. Copper fountain pens, wooden fountain pens, leather fountain pens please do not apply ink for test writing.
4. 14 days return policy is not a goods trial policy period, exception of the test writing default refill, when returning, all the items must be a new state with complete packaging (including all the goods, accessories, gifts, warranty card, the original packaging and all accompanying documents or informative booklet/leaflets’ in original state), no missing accessories, do not disassemble the goods, change the refill or damage to the original packaging. Both the original outer packaging and the original packaging are part of the goods, if any are missing, damaged or have missing parts, may affect your return of goods and may be deducted as costs of returning goods to its original state.
RETURN GUIDELINE SPECIFICATION
Log in on the official website of TIJ ™ Titanium Pen and contact us via messaging requesting a return.
Goods including accessories, gifts, manuals, original packaging and all accompanying documents or informative booklet/leaflets’ in original state, missing or damaged items may result in no refund (except for defective goods).
The deadline for submitting returns is 15 working days from next day upon receipt to accounting for unable to contact us, if the goods are not returned the return process cannot be completed. The application for return will be automatically cancelled and the application cannot be submitted again.
If the goods are the following: Pen, ink, supply, ink converter, refill etc. once packaging is opened it cannot not be return to its original state, unless the goods is defective, otherwise upon opening the packaging returns will not be accepted.
Oversea customers notice ( Excluding Taiwan and Hong Kong): customer needs to overtake the returned freight.
EXCHANGE GUIDELINE SPECIFICATION
Log in on the official website of TIJ ™ Titanium Pen and contact us via messaging requesting an exchange/replacement.
Defective goods exchange freight shipping fee will be covered by us, non-man-made damaged goods within the warranty will be restored to like new state.
If the goods are the following: Pen, ink, supply, ink absorber, refill etc. once packaging is opened it cannot not be return to its original state, unless the goods is defective, otherwise upon opening the packaging exchange will not be accepted.
If the goods are damaged, scraped, scratched, stained or the packaging is damaged due to the consumer, therefore non-resalable, please understand exchange will not be accepted.
REFUND POLICY
Payment by Credit Card: The balance will be refunded to the original credit card and the payment will be refunded on the following month's bill.
PayPal pay: money will be returned to the original PayPal account.
Convenient Store Payment / ATM transfer: Once the return goods is confirmed, the refund will be via cheque and sent by registered mail to the purchaser.
Important notice: we keep 15% of the order amount for handling fee to cover oversea freight and bank or PayPal handling fee.
