It decreased tiny gap and also control the vibration. So, it had achieved steady and clearly handwriting. Furthermore, our pen doesn’t need to adjust the position as the pen core wobbles.
The TIJ™ team's innovative NoSpring and QuietMechanism structure have reduced annoying pressing impact noises, and make replace refills become much easier.
We need to insert a spring on the peak of refills for existing pen, but, it’s very possible to lost it when you replace a refill. So, we move the spring to the structure.
We choice high-cost traditional physical track structure to replace of cheap impact press switch mechanism, therefore, we can completely reduce the annoying noise while press.
We have developed the world first “5mm short pen tube” to adjust the balance. According to your preferences, You can adjust the length of pen tube, the grip, the gravity and etc.
The pen body is consisting: one of 65mm long pen tube, one of 25mm natural submerged wood grip . If you want to adjust the length, you need to purchase extra 5mm short pen tube, so, you can adjust the length.
By increase or decrease the 5mm short pen tube, we can move the grip and stretch the length of pen tube freely, and create your own grip balance.

For most of pen, we don’t know where can buy the same refills when we used up ink, or we want to use different types of refills, but turn out the refill doesn’t fit. We are starting from the goal of “can use for entire lifetime”, the TIJ team had emphasized the versatility of refills. Through repeated precision process, We have achieved the world highest level of compatibility.
The TIJPEN PRO & PRO+ had break the way of selecting refills based on the brand model, through the titanium transmit retractable refill positioning anchor and it’s locking ring, it can use for hundreds of diameter range from 5.4 to 6.2mm different length of refills.
Here comes question: Hundreds of different refills have various of thickness of small round tube are connecting with nib. How can you handle the gaps when the nib pass through?
This problem was solved in 2016 by TIJPEN L, the method of fixing titanium transmission refill is a brand new invention patent of “the inhibition function of writing vibration” , and we have adopted by clamps the rear transmission and pen nib.
The tube of pen nib doesn’t pass through the pen tip, so, the inclined plane of nib is fitting 100% with the pen tip, wherever you write the nib follows. There will be no slightly movements caused by the gap, refill and nib, even if you need to replace any refills.
If you are using 5mm short pen tube, you can extend the length of pen to adjust the balance and also use longer refill.

There are two specifications: 0.5 and 0.7 for German made SCHMIDT all-metal automatic pencil movements , it fixed directly in the pen with our special titanium alloy adapter ring.
The German craftsmanship automatic pencil movements and Taiwan’s precise TIJPEN provide you the stable and solid pencil.
As below animation, the installation is very simple, you just need to put the adapter ring between the pen tip and wooden grip, then lock the automatic pencil movements with the pen tip, after that, adjust the tube to proper position, now, you have completed the installation of automatic pencil movements.
“TIJPEN PRO & PRO+” have manufactured by titanium alloy, it had outstanding durability. The titanium had higher intensity, but only half weigh of the steel. Besides, it has strong corrosion resistance, not easy to get rust, therefore, it’s easy to clean and store.
Also, we used natural wood for the grip which had best friction. It’s warm and just 15.5 ~ 17.5g, you won’t feel tired even long time writing. No matter what you are doing, working, studying, writing and other activities, you can use it with joy. We used five natural woods for the grip holder. Through tens of thousands CNC processes, the special care of craftsman, we presented to you the fashion design pen. After burning colors process, the titanium alloy pen tube have changed its colors. The titanium fiber reappeared carbon fibers texture on the Titanium alloy.
